Suzanne O'Leary oversees the client relationship in major VHG events, from program inception through the successful management of a seamless, blue chip experience for all participants. In her role as CQO, she directs project teams, creating strategies to maximize revenue and streamline efficiency for over a dozen international meetings a year. She has coordinated intricate high-level forums in Australia, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Italy, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Singapore, Thailand, United Kingdom and United Arab Emirates. She has worked with over 4,000 CEOs, heads of state, political leaders and A-list participants, providing an unparalleled attendee experience that has become a signature of VHG. Previously, she held an 11-year leadership role with the Fortune magazine conference division, where she was instrumental in executing events including numerous Fortune 500 and Fortune Global Forums.

John Heins

Chief Marketing Officer

John Heins oversees creative services across the VHG client spectrum including marketing, communications and program development. He is responsible for guiding company direction to expand and promote the creative services tool set. He also leads VHG production teams working on the day-to-day marketing activities promoting client events. In this role, he helps grow VHG business by expanding internal VHG capabilities and promoting them to existing clients, utilizing design skills to create various internal and external marketing materials. Prior to VHG, Mr. Heins was a principal and creative director with Blue Boxer Communications, where clients included Saucony, Freedom Golf, and Milagro Tequila. Previously, he served as creative director with Boulder Marketing Agency, managing various accounts including JVC and PGA Eyewear. Prior to that, he was senior art director at The Guild group, New York where his design work was featured in the Kraft Foods, Maxwell House and Prudential accounts.
