Challenge

Bring together a group of sales managers and executives from around the world for Equinix’s first-ever global sales kickoff and produce an event worthy of a company leading the digital economy.

Strategy & Execution

For the 2011 & 2012 events, VHG was brought in to handle everything from strategic program creation, speaker recruitment, and technical production to the creation of print and digital materials and onsite project management keeping in mind the vision for a global-minded, educational, inspiring and action-oriented event. Armed with decades of experience and the right connections, VHG strategically strayed from the typical annual sales kickoff and instead focused on fresh ways to encourage collaboration, inspire action, and celebrate success.
