  • "Marc’s style is friendly, conversational and non-threatening, but effective in probing and challenging when needed." I asked Marc to moderate a panel discussion on "building a sustainable community" and the panelists were business, NGO and community leaders. In preparing for the event, Marc interviewed each panelist to understand their perspectives, expertise and demeanor, to put them at ease, and to determine the issues the panel would address. The result was again very successful. Assessments By attendees were extremely favorable. Marc’s style is friendly, conversational and non-threatening, but effective in probing and challenging when needed." — Fred Mason, Director of Product Source Planning, Caterpillar Inc.
